I've had the great pleasure to co-facilitate with Charitha on the #lead programme with Allianz. The programme is a major leadership development programme delivered on-line to a global audience working in cohorts of approximately 20-30. The content over 4 modules includes strengths-based leadership, coaching, feedback and resilience & well-being. Charitha was a joy to work alongside, always committed to both his own self-development and to ensuring the best possible learning experience for the participants. Charitha is skilled an online facilitator, using the technology to enhance the learning experience and is able to adapt the "standard" materials as appropriate to suit the needs of the group he is working with. His open and approachable manner meant that he was able to develop strong working relationships with participants.

I have been in association with Charitha in multiple occasions where he facilitated an array for learning interventions for our teams. The learnings were predominantly experiential which were customised cleverly to meet our requirements and were interesting for the participants. The participants went through the programs gaining the necessary learning experiences - some expressly built in and some which were subtle. The beauty in the full form of learning was brought about when Charitha shared his observations, content as well as the subtle nuances of human behaviour which were game changers for individuals. The programs also brought about team performance and enablement of dependencies across groups which were all intricately weaved into his programs. As a facilitator and a training provider, Charitha always had a pleasant demeanour about him.
